Hokkien noodles with beef
300 grams mince steak
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 carrots, finely julienned
1 red capsicum, thinly sliced
3 bok choy, finely sliced
3 spring onion, diagonally sliced
500 grams Hokkien Noodles
1 Tablespoon oil
Mix sauce together:
1 Tablespoon Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce
3 Tablespoon Lee Kum Kee light soy sauce
1 Tablespoon sugar
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in the wok, add sliced onion and sauté until fragrant.
Add mince steak and stir fry until the mince turns colour.
Add carrots and capsicum and cook for one minute
Add noodles, bok choy and sauce. Stir fry until the noodles soften.
Taste test and adjust the flavour to personal liking.
