Another troutliscious cooking demonstration using the whole trout, no waste.

There will be a filleting demonstration where you will be shown how to fillet a trout. The flesh, head and bones will all be used to create a Trout Salad and a Trout Miso Soup.

Furthermore, kids will be show how to fish.
